STRATEGIC LOCATION
LA PISTA is situated inside the area of IL CENTRO shopping complex in ARESE, very close to Milan, one of the biggest shopping mall in Europe with more than 200 stores, 25 restaurants and 15 million visitors per year.
The whole building has been designed by the internationally renowned architect Michele De Lucchi and built following the strict criteria of energy efficiency and eco-sustainability, in line with the standards promoted by the U.S. Green Building Council to obtain the Gold level of LEED® certification. In 2016 won the MAPIC AWARD as internationally BEST NEW SHOPPING CENTRE.
Near the A8 and A9 entrances, it is located near MI-VA and MI-To routes, offering an extremely convenient and effective network of connections.
